How do I make sure I order the right size/ I don't know what size to get?

You can check our size chart. Please also read the description of the product you are interested in, this will tell you if that item sizes snug or not.

There hasn't been any update on my tracking link in a few days, what do I do?

This is absolutely normal! Once the package leaves country there is no update for a few days as the package is in transit, this can take up to 15 days and is nothing to worry about. Once it arrives in the destination country the tracking status will automatically be updated. 

​You can find more information about where your package is through the destinations local postal services (for example for Canadian orders the local post is Canada post) using the same tracking number you received by email.

 

What are the shipping prices?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package, to have an idea of shipping costs you can add the items you are interested in into your cart and add the country you are shipping to, this will then show you the shipping costs. 

Please keep in mind this is the final shipping price you will pay, there will be no additional fees upon arrival to the destination country.

What are the shipping options?

For international orders, there is only 1 option, standard shipping (delivengo) which is at a fair price with fast shipping. 

For European orders, you have:

- Standard shipping (delivengo)

- Collissimo (french postal services, more expensive but faster)

- Mondial relay (only for some countries). Shipping is to a service point not a home address.

What is your return policy?

When receiving the package you ordered, you will receive a return card with all information on returns. It is to be filled in and returned with the items to the address provided on the card. Failing to fill in the slip may cause a cancellation of the refund.

- Shipping costs are to be paid by you

- We refund only the product cost

- Clothing must be unused and unworn

- Package must be sent as a return otherwise you may pay additional fee's if sending from internationally

What should I do if i never received my order or it is delayed?

If you haven't received your order and it is past your expected delivery shipping time please send us an email and we'll be more than happy to check where your package is for you.

Can i change an order I already placed?

If your order hasn't been shipped out yet (you would have gotten a confirmation email of this) then YES! Simply send us an email including your order number and changes you'd like to make.

Do you ship worldwide?

YES! We ship worldwide!

Will I need to pay import/duty taxes?

No. We take charge for all import duties so you won't pay anything more than the final amount you see in your cart when paying!
